Toni is a highly perceptive, experienced executive coach who specialises in leadership, career and small business coaching. She is passionate about helping people achieve success through the creation of a distinctive personal brand.

She has over 15 years experience coaching individuals and facilitating groups in the Finance, Education, FMCG, Government, Health, and Pharmaceutical industries, her breadth of industry experience enables a rapid understanding of coaching and strategic issues.

She has a unique coaching style with a special talent for honing in on what her clients really need. She is open and honest, highly intuitive and objective. She is a “pattern recognition expert” who helps her clients to remove the barriers that are holding them back from achieving their goals.

Toni’s Board of Director experience includes Director of Marketing & PR for the International Coach Federation Australasia (ICFA) & Vice President of the University of Sydney Coaching and Mentoring Association (USCMA).

She is also a Certified Practising Marketer (CPM), Associate Fellow of the Australian Marketing Institute (AFAMI), Professional Member of the Career Development association of Australia (PMCDAA) and a member of The University of Sydney Coaching & Mentoring Alumni (USCMA).

Her research includes: An exploratory study of Australian Executive Coaches (with Dr. Anthony M. Grant) published in the International Coaching Psychology Review, a paper on the WEBqual audit, investigating the quality of website design in Australia and NZ which was published online, and a Survey of Australian Human Resources Professionals: Current Views and Practices.
